Ranch Hands in The Sims 4 Horse Ranch are workers you can hire to help look after your animals, keeping them fed and happy and leaving you free to explore the new neighbourhoods of Chestnut Ridge to your heart's content.

As seen from the Horse Ranch preview livestream, to hire a Ranch Hand in The Sims 4 Horse Ranch, you simply must choose the option to do so when clicking on a Community Board.

You can also hire a Ranch Hand via the 'Hire a Service' option from your Sims's phone. A Ranch Hand costs a flat fee of $100 plus an additional $12 per hour you have them on your ranch.
